Started with a call, Phone was answered with "good afternoon Courtesy Auto". That got me there. Courtesy right off the bat in the polite way the phone was answered. Talked to the guy (Dan) about my problem and he told me it should be an easy fix. Took my car in and guess what IT WAS! And the price was great too.
